Presenting: Lingering Dream of Homeland

A poignant film chronicling the true story of Taishanese immigrants in North America and their unwavering yearning for home will be played this Sunday (October 5th 2025) at the Winnipeg Chinese Culture and Community Centre as part of the Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration programming!

This screening is a collaboration between the MCYC, WCCCC, and Arcadia ArtHeal VR, a Winnipeg-based creative studio dedicated to the preservation of cultural memories through 3D scanning and virtual reality. See Arcadia ArtHeal VR for more information regarding Arcadia’s operations!
