General MCYC Meeting: Final Plans for Study Session and WCCCC plans!

As the title states, we’ll be finalizing plans for the study session during this meeting.

Namely:

1. Who can help set up and monitor on April 2nd, 7th, and 9th.
2. Who can go out and buy snacks and drinks
3. Confirming it is St. Johns
4. Releasing updated posters

Then, we’ll also talk about a few things the WCCCC have been planning:

1. Recommending additional youth related programs
2. Additional MCs to be trained under Tina
