We will issue refunds provided that doing so does not result in a financial loss for our organization. Refunds may not be granted in cases where resources have already been allocated or expenditures have been made on your behalf for the booking in question. This includes, but is not limited to, expenses related to event planning, materials purchased, or any other costs incurred specifically for the fulfillment of your booking.
